The hotel had a great restaurant with delicious food offerings. the reserved parking was very convenient for travelers with cars. the location was superb and allowed easy access to main attractions in the area.
The hotel was quite noisy, particularly due to thin walls. the WiFi also had some disruptions throughout the stay.

Cozy room with great balcony
Beautiful view from the room. Convenient location for sightseeing. Friendly and helpful staff. Reserved parking slots. Delicious food, especially the pizza. Lovely family vibe. Great spa and sauna facilities
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Had a fantastic stay over Xmas at this cozy chalet. The restaurant served amazing pizza and there was a refreshing spa bath to dip in after a long day of skiing. The location was perfect for us to explore the nearby mountains and the free reserved parking added to our convenience.
There was no one to greet us upon arrival and had to search for the staff to check us in. the room had some black mold in one corner, which was a bit off-putting.

We had a great stay in a cozy hotel nestled in a convenient location to explore the Dolomites. the breakfast was rich, delicious and served in a bright room with a lot of sunshine. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay feel like home. the hotel's reserved parking slots were right beside the hotel, which was very convenient for us. we enjoyed the amazing SPA facilities including the sauna and the pool, perfect to relax after exploring the beautiful surroundings. the only downside was the lack of a prompt check-in process.
